So anyway, back to the topic. Imagine my surprise last week when I heard a different noise in my car. The engine was purrring. No, not the kind of purrr that you want to hear from your car. It was a purrrrr more like a meow meow meow. Mom and I got out and checked the hood of the car. And guess what we found inside. Not just one kitty cat, but two! They were just sitting there and they looked just as surprised as we did. I scared the cats away and they jumped off and scurried as far away as they could.
The next day, as I was doing my warm ups in the garage before getting ready for my usual jog I heard the meow meows again. And well, not as surprised anymore I saw the two cats, the same two cats as the ones I found the previous day. I got an umbrella and tried to scare them away. Geez, those cats are sooooooooo annoying. These are stray cats from our crazy neighbor who's got about a hundred stray cats and dogs.
On the way to the mall, I had to stop at the red light. Then the light turned green but the car wouldn't budge! Errrr! I blame it on the cats! They must've broken something in the hood of the car.
So I searched for a couple stuff online and learned that this is actually pretty common. People have found cats in the hood of their cars as well. This usually happens during the winter time, or if you're in Asia, this usually happens during the rainy or cold season. The cats usually climb up inside the hood of the car to keep themselves warm. Cute huh?! Well, it's cute to think about but not for me, after what they did to our car.
I found a solution to that problem. I read somewhere online that cats do not like citrusy scents and cayenne pepper. So I had our maid pulverize some cayenne pepper and scattered them under the car. And so far it's working. No more kitty cats! Yippeeee!
I had the strangest dream last night. I dreamed that cats are super evil and that they are trying to take over the world.
